Katherine Schwarzenegger Welcomes Second Baby With Chris Pratt

The star of Guardians of the Galaxy and the author of Maverick and Me have welcomed their second child.
Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt was born on May 21, joining older sister Lyla Maria, who is 21 months old. “We are overjoyed to share the news of the arrival of our second daughter,” the couple wrote on Instagram on May 22. “Mama and baby are in good health. We are extremely fortunate and grateful. Katherine and Chris, with love.” Chris and ex-wife Anna Faris co-parent their son Jack, who is nine years old.
In December, the couple announced they were expecting their second child together
The 42-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy star and 32-year-old best-selling author announced that they are expecting their second child in December 2021. Katherine was caught with a baby bump while out and about in Los Angeles on the same day.
While the couple has previously published the most unbearably lovely images of Lyla and Jack on their Instagram pages, they have tried to safeguard their children by not openly displaying their faces online.
Katherine, the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, told Today in March 2021, “I think one of the greatest blessings that my parents ever given me and my brothers is the gift of privacy and having a truly normal upbringing, or as normal an upbringing as possible.”

In 2019, the BDA Baby host and the Jurassic World star married in a small ceremony. Lyla, the couple’s first child, was born in August of 2020. Pratt also has a nine-year-old son, Jack, from his first marriage to Anna Farris.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger announced their pregnancy in December. Shortly after, the mother-of-two was seen out with her husband, her baby belly prominently shown.
The podcast presenter revealed in March how the couple’s one-year-old daughter was getting ready to be a big sister.
Schwarzenegger spoke to ET about her daughter’s close relationship with her family ahead of the baby’s arrival. “It’s just such a wonderful experience for me, and it’s also incredibly amazing to see my entire family around my daughter,” she remarked at the time.
