The lawsuit was filed by an anonymous plaintiff, who claims to be a former “Director of Intelligence” for West. This individual alleges that West tasked him with carrying out secret investigations into Censori and the Kardashian family, further deepening the rapper’s already complicated legal battles.
Allegations of Spying and Unpaid Wages
The lawsuit, filed on October 10, presents a series of disturbing claims, including allegations that West directed the plaintiff—referred to as “John Doe”—to hire private investigators to monitor Censori in the lead-up to their private wedding. According to the lawsuit, the investigators reportedly tracked Censori’s movements during her solo trips, including her travels to Australia, without her knowledge.

The plaintiff also alleges that his responsibilities evolved over time, initially starting as a campaign manager for West’s 2020 presidential run but later morphing into managing these covert investigations. In addition to the spying allegations, Doe’s lawsuit claims that West has not paid him for his services and accuses the rapper of causing emotional distress through his erratic behavior and demanding work environment. Among the charges in the lawsuit are claims of retaliation, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and multiple violations of labor laws.
