Kanye West Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations, Plans Counter-Lawsuit
3 min readKanye West’s legal team has swiftly responded to the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him earlier this week. His former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused the rapper of sending inappropriate messages and engaging in explicit behavior during phone conversations. However, Kanye’s representatives have labeled these claims as baseless and announced plans to counter-sue Pisciotta for what they describe as attempts at blackmail and extortion.
On Wednesday, news broke regarding Pisciotta’s allegations. She claims that Kanye sent her explicit text messages and masturbated during phone calls. Kanye’s legal representative told TMZ that these accusations are entirely false, asserting, “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”

Kanye is confronting allegations of sexual harassment brought forth by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta claims she was subjected to misconduct and was wrongfully terminated.

The representative further claimed that Pisciotta leveraged her professional relationship with Kanye to seek personal and financial gains, stating, “It is evident that Ms. Pisciotta leveraged her association with Ye and his company, and her proximity to him, to seek material gains, clout, and employment through inappropriate means.”
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta, who previously worked as a successful OnlyFans model, earning an annual income of $1 million, began working for Kanye in July 2021. She alleges that after a year, Kanye asked her to maintain a “God-like” image by deleting her OnlyFans account, promising to compensate her with a $1 million annual salary. Pisciotta claims she agreed to this arrangement, but shortly thereafter, Kanye allegedly began sending her inappropriate messages. One such message reportedly read: “See my problem is I be wanting to f* but then after I f* I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fed while I’m fing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …”
Pisciotta also alleges that Kanye engaged in inappropriate behavior during phone calls, including masturbating and making explicit comments about her romantic partners. She further claims that he sent her videos of himself having sex with a model and offered her a $4 million salary to serve as Chief of Staff for his various companies. Despite these promises, Pisciotta contends that she was terminated in October 2022 and was promised a $3 million severance package, which she says she never received.
In a detailed statement, Kanye’s legal team refuted these claims, accusing Pisciotta of stealing Kanye’s phone to destroy evidence and demanding exorbitant sums of money. They described her conduct as “lascivious” and “unhinged,” and stated that her lawsuit is a fabricated attempt to gain media attention following failed blackmail attempts.
The statement also mentioned Pisciotta’s alleged inappropriate behavior during her employment, including sending unsolicited nude images and making sexual advances toward Kanye, all of which he reportedly rejected. It was also claimed that Pisciotta consistently demanded material goods and money, and that her blackmail demands escalated from $60 million to $50 million in recent filings.
Kanye’s legal team concluded by emphasizing the inconsistency of Pisciotta’s behavior with someone genuinely experiencing sexual harassment, suggesting that her actions were motivated by a desire for financial and material gain. The bizarre statement ended with a reference to a lawsuit from Jay Leno, humorously claiming he is suing Pisciotta for stealing his chin.
TMZ has reported that Pisciotta, an OnlyFans creator with significant earnings, was hired by Kanye to work on his fashion line and album ‘Donda’. The ongoing legal battle highlights the complexities and serious nature of the allegations, as both parties prepare for further legal proceedings.
