Kanye West recently threatened comedian D.L. Hughley for commenting on Kanye West’s relationship with Kim Kardashian. There has been much media attention given to the divorce of the former couple.

What did D.L. Hughley say about Kanye West?

Currently, the former couple is in the middle of a public divorce. Donda rapper has been using social media as a way to spread his message. Kanye has been posting his thoughts on Instagram during his ongoing legal battle with Kim Kardashian. In recent days, he took issue with Hughley’s past comments, leaving many fans confused.

Kanye responded to the comedian’s comments about the rapper’s legal drama in an Instagram post. Hughley sat down with DJ Vlad last week to talk about Kanye’s posts, directed towards Kim. In addition to feeling that the rapper should not have made the issue public, the comedian said that people need to get a “good slap” from time to time.

Hughley said that West stalked Kardashian in an interview with VladTV last week. Apparently, Ye wasn’t happy with the comments. Moreover, he posted a video of the comedian passing out on stage in Nashville, Tennessee, in June 2020. During a message, West referred to Hughley as a drug addict and a “pawn of the left.”

In addition, Ye attributed Pete Davidson’s absence from Saturday Night Live in the last few weeks to his attacks against him. In response to Hughley’s video, Kanye did not hold back in sharing his thoughts. Ye responded extensively to Hughley’s comments, telling him at one point, “I can afford to hurt you”. In additional, he called him as a “drug addict”. However, the posts have been taken down.

Several hours later, Hughley responded to Ye’s post with a series of tweets, which included a mention of Pete Davidson. In a second video posted to his Instagram account on Sunday, notably in response to Hughley’s tweets, Ye talked about mental health in general, stating that using such arguments against him is a “weak” tactic.
