Kanye West and his girlfriend Chaney Jones appear to be splitting up. Kanye West, 44, and Jones, 24, reportedly split up following a recent vacation to Japan together, though it’s unclear who called it off. An Instagram user spotted him at the movies with another woman over the weekend. Kanye West’s representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The model also appears to have deleted all of her photos with the rapper from her Instagram account, leaving only two of herself. When West and Jones were photographed shopping together in Miami’s Bal Harbour in February, they were first linked romantically. In March, he appeared to confirm the relationship by commenting on images of them with a black love emoji on Instagram. In March, she was seen sitting courtside with him at a Los Angeles Lakers game, and in April, she congratulated him on his latest Grammy wins. After Kanye West won best melodic rap performance and best rap song, Jones commented, “THE BIGGEST SO PROUD.”

Meanwhile, in May, the couple went on a trip to Tokyo, which she documented on her Instagram Story. Fans shared images of the couple on social media as they strolled the streets of Shibuya, near the renowned Harajuku district. Later that month, she exhibited on her left wrist what appeared to be a permanently tattooed “Ye,” the rapper’s identity, which he legally altered last year.
Sharing a selfie on her Instagram Story, Jones showed off her figure in a chrome two-piece and matching thigh-high boots and what looked to be her new tattoo. After a brief relationship that began on New Year’s Eve, the Donda 2 musician called it quits with Julia Fox in February. “Julia and Kanye are still excellent friends and collaborators, but they are no longer together,” her spokesperson said on Valentine’s Day in a statement.
West is now divorcing Kim Kardashian, with whom he married in Italy in May 2014 and has three children: North, eight, Chicago, four, and Saint, six, and three-year-old Psalm. Kardashian, 41, was declared legally unmarried by a judge in March.
