In a recent interview with Inside Edition on October 4, 2024, Justin Litovsky detailed the shocking experiences he witnessed at such a young age, sharing moments that have stuck with him for over two decades.
In the interview, Litovsky recalled how he felt uncomfortable around Diddy, stating, “He put his arm around me in an uncomfortable way, close to areas that you shouldn’t as a grown man.” What stood out to him most, however, were the presence of marijuana and topless women. “I remember marijuana and topless women. Those are the two main things that I remember,” he told Inside Edition.
His account mirrors a similar story shared with the New York Post on October 3, where he recalled seeing “a lot of weed and a bunch of topless women in the pool and around the pool.” These memories have resurfaced as Diddy faces increasing legal scrutiny, with 120 new lawsuits being filed against him, many alleging various forms of sexual abuse and misconduct.

Litovsky’s Experience at Diddy’s White Party in the Hamptons
Justin Litovsky attended the party in July 1999 with his parents, including his father, David Allen, who was working as a photographer documenting the event. At the time, Allen had no knowledge of what these parties typically involved. To their shock, upon arriving, the family found themselves in an environment very different from a typical barbecue.
Litovsky recalled seeing topless women around the pool and added, “I didn’t know if t**s were a good thing or a bad thing. But I hoped to jump in.” Although unaware of the adult nature of the event at the time, he did notice that he was the only child present at the party, which seemed odd to him. His mother, Maya Litovsky, also reflected on the surreal experience, telling the *New York Post* that she made sure her son didn’t get too involved in the scene.
“I did not give my son the opportunity to get in there. […] There were bottles everywhere and naked women. I wasn’t sure if this was appropriate or normal. I wondered about how kids were allowed into the party to begin with,” Maya shared. She recalled recognizing several celebrities at the event, including Jay-Z, Lil’ Kim, fashion designer Donna Karan, and model Tyson Beckford. She also noted that she left the party around 9:30 p.m., unsure of what unfolded after they departed.
The Allegations Against Diddy
Justin Litovsky’s account comes in the wake of serious legal troubles facing Sean “Diddy” Combs. The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, following a raid on his Miami and Los Angeles properties earlier in the year. The raid uncovered a variety of items, including firearms, narcotics, and several bottles of baby oil and lubricant. These findings have been linked to Diddy’s alleged “Freak Off” parties, notorious for their violent and sexually explicit nature.
A leaked document following Diddy’s arrest claimed that he engaged in a “persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward women and other individuals,” overseeing an empire built on sexual crimes, including physical and sexual abuse, that spanned over a decade. Diddy is currently being held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he faces mounting lawsuits and criminal charges.
