Justin Bieber is seeking comfort from his faith amid his ongoing battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

The pop singer went Instagram live on Monday to update his fans on his recovery after he was struck with temporary facial paralysis due to the illness.

Justin Bieber is leaning on his faith after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome

On Tuesday, Justin Bieber cited his religious beliefs on Instagram Stories.

Bieber wrote, ‘Wanted to share a little bit of how I’ve been feeling. Each day has gotten better and through all of the discomfort, I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me. I’m reminded he knows all of me. I’m reminded he knows all of me.’

The Sorry singer added, ‘He knows the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about and he constantly welcomes me into His loving arms.’

The 28-year-old artist continued, ‘This perspective has given me peace during this horrific storm that I’m facing. I know this storm will pass but in the meantime, Jesus is with me.’

The Ghost hitmaker outlined the post with a caption sharing similar sentiments. 

He said, ‘By this point in my life I realize storms come and go. Jesus continues to remind me that he is with me in the midst of the storm. It’s not about the storm. It’s that we are never alone and he understands.’

Reaction to Justin Bieber’s illness post

Justin Bieber received an outpouring of love and supportive messages from his fans and friends after he revealed the syndrome.

The Grammy-winning artist’s mother Pattie Mallette commented with multiple emoji referring to sadness, love, and support.

Musician Lil Gnar wrote, ‘You got dis bro.’

Canadian comedian Tom Green mentioned, ‘I’m praying for your recovery Justin! God bless!’

Moreover, Josh Levi said, ‘Love you, buddy.’

Professional boxer Ryan Garcia stated, ‘Jesus is So great.’

Bieber announced on Tuesday that he was postponing a few shows of his Justice World Tour including a concert in Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.

Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Scotiabank’s operator released a statement the same day.

They wrote, ‘Due to non-COVID related illness, the Justice Tour has postponed this week’s Toronto and D.C. shows.’

They continued, ‘Hold onto your tickets as they will be honored when the rescheduled dates are announced shortly.’

This is the third time Bieber’s Toronto concerts have been postponed. The first two times were in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
