Ally Lotti, the former girlfriend of the late Juice Wrld took a plea deal following her arrest under the charges of drug possession and theft.

Ally Lotti gets 6-month probation following her arrest

Juice Wrld’s ex-girlfriend Ally Lotti has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of instruments of crime. Moreover, she received a one-year suspended sentence along with six months probation.

According to the news report, the recent charges against Lotti will be dismissed if she keeps her nose clean during the six months.

Lotti’s current boyfriend Carter Jamison on the other hand pleaded no contest to these charges. However, he eventually received the same sentence as Lotti.

If you didn’t know, Jamison was detained alongside Lotti for property theft. Besides that, the duo was also asked to pay $1,160 per individual in fines.

Meanwhile, Lotti was in a relationship with singer Juice Wrld when he tragically passed away in 2019 due to an accidental drug overdose.

In addition, Lotti made headlines when she alleged that the rapper did not die from an overdose.

She said, ‘There’s a lot of s*it y’all don’t know that I f*cking grieved through myself while I let y’all grieve and talk mad s*it on me. I don’t care.’

Ally Lotti was charged with possession and theft

A jail inmate record from the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office in West Memphis, Arkansas confirmed that Ally Lotti was detained by the cops in the early hours of 14th January.

In addition, she was supposedly carrying methamphetamine or cocaine during the arrest with the purpose to deliver.

However, the 29-year-old Instagram model and influencer were released on Saturday night after paying $2,525 in bond.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that a security guard caught Lotti trying to steal items from a Walmart alongside her rumored boyfriend Carter Jamison.

Moreover, the officers reported that the surveillance camera showed the duo at a self-checkout station. But they failed to scan multiple things which included wall mirrors, a bed frame, as well as a bath towel.

Besides that, the pair’s high-profile attorney, Bradford Cohen, said otherwise while talking with the media outlet.

Cohen claimed that his clients thought that they had scanned the items and also paid for them. Additionally, he mentioned that an employee at the mall also confirmed the purchase after checking their receipt. 

He pointed out that his ‘clients would never take something intentionally and this seems like a misunderstanding.’
