Josh Duggar Admits He Committed Molestation on Girls at 12; Also What’s in Friend’s Testimony?

Joshua James Duggar is a 33-years-old, American former reality TV personality and a political activist. He appeared in the reality show 19 Kids and Counting. Josh Duggar was an executive director of FRC Action from 2013 to 2015 but left the position when headlines came out about molestation. Josh Duggar molested multiple underage girls in the age of since the age of 12. The girls who were molested included four of his sisters as well.
There were further revelations as well, that Josh Duggar had molested five girls between the years 2002 and 2003. This resulted in the TV reality series 19 Kids and Counting going off air in 2015. the controversies about him were listed in 10 big scandals of 2015 by USA Today. He became one of the mosey hated people on the web in 2015 according to The Washington Post. This year, on April 29, Josh Duggar was arrested by U.S. Marshals due to child pornography charges on him.
Josh Duggar admitted to PEOPLE while stating that in his younger age he acted inexcusably for which he is extremely sorry and regrets deeply. He has hurt others including his family and close friends. Josh said that he would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions. He also apologized to those who did wrong things and asked Christ to forgive him and enter in his life.
The case went on Monday for 3 hours and Judge Timothy L. Brooks requested further briefings from both prosecutor and defense by Tuesday while jury selection.
Josh Duggar’s Best Friend Confessed
The first during the hearing was Bobye Holt, who is married to Jim Bob. Bobye stated that they were family friends for decades and were always together. According to her, Holt’s oldest daughter dated Josh for months in 2002 and 2003 and it was more of an emotional relationship than a physical one as all hoped they will marry one day. But two stooped dating each other in 2003. then she began to confess the events as Bobye recalled what Josh told her.
She said those things choked her. Josh explained to her that Jane Doe four was sitting in h is lap during Bible Time and he got physical with her inappropriately. She continued by saying that Josh informed her that he touched her vaginal area. Bobye said that Josh admitted to touching the other three girls. Bobye informed instances where Josh touched girls inappropriately in 2002 and all were three youngers younger than him. She stated that Jim was counseling Josh all-time in early 2005 and Holt offered him to help him unburden himself. Holt explained all the things that Josh told her. She said as Josh did previously, she is also confessing now.
Jim Bob Also Testified
After, Bobye Holt, Jim Bob came to testify. Unlike Bobye, he avoided any specifics about What Josh confessed to him regarding past molestations. Jim repeatedly said that he doesn’t remember what actually happened clearly and says it’s been like 19 19 years ago and a long time. He said Josh came to us confessing about his inappropriate touching to a minor and we were shocked after that.
Bob added that we were thankful that he came upon his own and told us. he said that what he remembers is that he touched the girl while they were sleeping but doesn’t remember the exact wordings of Josh. He elaborated that yes there was the first incident in 2003 and it was very difficult for our family to handle and they tried to handle it in-house. Jim Bob told that they took Josh to Arkansas Police to confess in front of them about everything. In the end, Jim Bob said that he is not a male chauvinist and his wife is wiser than him. As of now, Josh is out on a bail with restrictions and jury selection for the trial on Josh will begin on Tuesday.
