Joe Biden’s ‘Where’s Jackie?’ meme explained
A meme of Joe Biden calling out the name of the deceased congresswoman, Jackie Walorski is currently making rounds on social media.
Biden delivered the opening speech for a health event that took place in Washington on Wednesday.
He said, ‘I want to thank all of you here, including bipartisan elected officials like Rep. McGovern, Sen. Braun, Sen. Booker, Rep. – Jackie, are you here?’
Moreover, he continued, ‘Where’s Jackie? I thought she was going to be here – to help make this a reality.’

Walorski, a Republican Indiana Representative passed away in a car accident this year on 3rd August. Two of her associates also died in the accident. Upon investigation, The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office concluded that Walorski’s vehicle was at fault in the collision.
Biden released a statement, at the time of her death, claiming that he and the First Lady were ‘shocked and saddened’ by Walorski’s tragic demise.
Meanwhile, during the briefing White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that it is ‘not unusual’ for people to say the names of deceased individuals when they are ‘at top of mind.’
She continued, ‘I don’t find that confusing.’
Additionally, Jean-Pierre mentioned, ‘I mean I think many people can speak to sometimes when you have people top of mind, they are top of mind.’
Republicans and social media users react to Joe Biden’s blunder

Many social media users took to Twitter to share their reactions to Joe Biden’s mistake at the White House hunger event. Some comments suggested that they found his remarks quite disturbing.
A user wrote, ‘This is going to come back to haunt him.’
Furthermore, another chimed in saying, ‘He’s getting worse and his handlers don’t care.’
A different user mentioned, ‘We’re being governed by a senile old man. God help us.’
Meanwhile, a few Republicans also expressed their views over the US president’s recent goof-up. Moreover, they demanded Biden apologize to Jackie Walorski’s family.
Missouri GOP Representative Vicky Hartzler said, ‘Truly an awful and disgraceful blunder. Jackie was a selfless leader and a dear friend.’
She added, ‘Her family deserves better than this. Biden and the entire White House staff should apologize.’
