Siriano called Ruehlemann a beautiful man who loved “everyone he met. He called him his muse and said that the latter inspired him. He described the model as “a beautiful soul” and said that losing a friend is very hard.

An image of Ruehlemann receiving the COVID vaccine went viral online after the tragedy, sparking conspiracy theories on social media. The cause of the model’s death was not immediately revealed despite speculations.
