Friends star Jennifer Aniston has never requested time off from work previously. As Rachel Green in the 1990s sitcom ‘Friends,’ the actress shot to global fame, but she explained that she has become “very insular” since spending time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, so she is planning to step back from the spotlight for the next few months. Jennifer has played TV host Alex Levy on Apple+ hit comedy-drama ‘The Morning Show’ since 2019, opposite ‘Legally Blonde’ actress Reese Witherspoon, and hinted that the forthcoming season will be “juicy” and throughout the series, “everyone” will get in problems or issues in what she described as “sensual” batches. Jennifer Aniston commented, “It’s a good, juicy one.” Everyone is going into trouble. Everyone has a hidden talent. And everyone is simply toeing the line. This year is much more sensual.

The Muder Mystery Star Jennifer Aniston Is Taking A Break For The First Time In Her Career

It is the first time Jennifer Aniston has “demanded” time off from work. Known for her iconic role on the 1990s sitcom ‘Friends’, the 54-year-old actress has been a regular in Hollywood since then, but she said she wants to stay out of the spotlight for a couple of months because she has become “very insular” as a result of staying home during the COVID-19 outbreak. As Jennifer Aniston told People: In our industry, you have to carve out time off because something is always bound to come up. So I’m going to take June and July off starting next week. It’s something I’ve never done before, but I’m really interested in doing it. I plan to travel because I haven’t done so since the epidemic. I’ve gotten quite secluded. But it’s time to move on; it’s all too easy to succumb to agoraphobia in the aftermath of this pandemic. “I’m not letting it happen,” she added. While providing some wellness advice, the ‘Marley and Me’ star stated that she has learned to eat well and get enough sleep while balancing it all with fun and gluttony to stay a healthy weight.

It’s basically calories in, calories out, nutrition, and what are you feeding your body? she continued. Don’t consume garbage. You must receive the proper quantity of sleep. You must consume copious amounts of water. You must also allow yourself 20% joy and gluttony in order to have a nice time and indulge. I couldn’t be so pious, never going off the rails or deviating from the perfect wellness regimen because I want to have fun. Jennifer has played TV host Alex Levy on Apple+ hit comedy-drama ‘The Morning Show’ since 2019, opposite ‘Legally Blonde’ actress Reese Witherspoon, and teased that the upcoming season will be “juicy” and will see “everyone” get in some sort of trouble in what she described as a “sensual” batch of episodes. Jennifer Aniston commented, “It’s a good, juicy one.” Everyone is going into trouble. Everyone has a hidden talent. And everyone is simply toeing the line. This year is much more sensual.
