Jenna Ortega to Make ‘SNL’ Hosting Debut, Fans Can’t Wait for ‘Wednesday’ Star’s Big Night

After starring in Tim Burton’s ‘Wednesday’ series on Netflix, Jenna Ortega is all set to take the world by storm. It looks like ‘Saturday Night Live’ will be jam-packed in March, and audiences will get to see interesting ‘SNL’ shows one after the other. In addition, ‘Saturday Night Live’ featured a star-studded host lineup this season. From October 1, 2022, Miles Teller has been the star of this season, followed by Brendan Gleeson, Megan Thee Stallion, Jack Harlow, Amy Schumer, Dave Chappelle, Keke Palmer, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Austin Butler, Aubrey Plaza, Michael B. Jordan, and Pedro Pascal, the star of “The Last of Us.”

Meanwhile, NBC has announced its next round of Saturday Night Live hosts, including a championship tight end and a buzzy Netflix actor. Saturday Night Live will be hosted by Jenna Ortega next month. According to NBC, Ortega will host the March 11 episode of the sketch comedy series, joined by musical guest The 1975. This will mark the band’s second appearance in the series. Ortega announced the news on Twitter with the message, See you then. Aside from Ortega and The 1975, Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce is announced to appear ahead of Ortega and The 1975, along with musical guest and fellow first-timer Kelsea Ballerini. The live broadcast of that episode will take place on March 4.
Netflix Series Wednesday Star Jenna Ortega Is All Set to Host Saturday Night Live
The next Saturday Night Live host will be Jenna Ortega. NBC has announced that Jenna Ortega will make her NBC hosting debut on the sketch comedy series on March 11, when she’ll be joined by musical guest The 1975, the pop band’s second appearance. In response to ‘SNL’s’ announcement that ‘Scream VI’ star, Jenna Ortega will be the musical guest on the March 11 episode of ‘SNL,’ Ortega reposted the announcement on her page, captioned it, !!!! See you then. The March 4 episode will be hosted by Travis Kelce with Kelsea Ballerini as a musical guest, while Woody Harrelson will wrap up his fifth stint as a host on February 25. Despite this, Ortega is also hosting ‘SNL’ for the first time. Ahead of the Emmy season, Jenna Ortega will host the same weekend her new film ‘Scream VI’ hits theatres while supporting Netflix’s hit series ‘Wednesday’. As musical guests that night, The 1975 will make their second appearance. As part of the tour to promote ‘Being Funny in a Foreign Language,’ the band is currently on the road.
