The Island Boys, a duo consisting of Alex “Flyysoulja” and Franky “Kodiyakredd” Venegas, have reportedly been banned from the livestreaming platform Kick following a controversial incident during a live broadcast. On August 12, 2024, the internet personalities hosted an IRL (In Real Life) stream, which took a disturbing turn when Franky Venegas allegedly assaulted a woman during the broadcast.
The incident unfolded during what appeared to be a heated moment, with Franky Venegas allegedly throwing a punch at a woman. This act immediately provoked a strong reaction from another individual on the scene, described as a bearded man, who confronted Venegas and issued a series of threats. The man, visibly angered, shouted, “Hey! Motherfker! Fk you! I’ll f**k you! I’ll kill you!”

As tensions escalated, Alex Venegas, the other half of the Island Boys, stepped in to de-escalate the situation. He questioned the man about what had occurred, only to be informed that his brother, Franky, had allegedly assaulted the man’s sister. The confrontation became increasingly volatile, with the man insisting on retaliating, despite the intervention of security personnel attempting to calm him down.
In the aftermath of the livestream, reports began to surface on social media, particularly on X (formerly Twitter), where users claimed that the Island Boys’ Kick channel had been permanently banned as a result of the incident. The popular drama news source, Drama Alert, run by Daniel “Keemstar,” shared a clip of the alleged assault and reported that this was the event that led to the duo’s ban from the platform.
When attempting to access the Island Boys’ official Kick channel, users are now met with a “404” error message, indicating that the page no longer exists: “Oops, something went wrong. We can’t find the page you’re looking for.”

This recent controversy is not the first time the Island Boys have been involved in violent incidents during livestreams. Earlier this year, on February 21, 2024, they were embroiled in another altercation with fellow Kick streamer Jack Doherty and his girlfriend, McKinley Richardson. During that incident, a verbal argument escalated into physical violence, with Franky Venegas allegedly kicking Richardson multiple times in the head. Following the attack, Doherty publicly condemned the duo on X, stating that they should be “locked up” for their actions.
Doherty’s post read: “Island Boys just tried to sucker punch me in the face and I blocked his slow a*s and then he started kicking, and kicked my girlfriend in the head multiple times! Island Boys should be locked up, how many times can they get away with hitting women?”
The Island Boys, who gained notoriety for their viral presence on social media, have frequently found themselves at the center of controversy. However, this latest incident could have more significant ramifications, as it has resulted in their apparent removal from a major streaming platform. As of now, neither Alex nor Franky Venegas has made a public statement addressing the allegations or their reported ban from Kick. The situation continues to develop, and it remains to be seen whether further actions will be taken against the controversial duo.

Dude, in the USA, most men are cowards, but in other parts of the world, if you attacked a man's wife like that, no one would think it was wrong for him to kill you.
