US lawmakers propose a bill for ban on TikTok

Yes, a trio of lawmakers came up with a bill to impose a ban on TikTok. The bill comes from the Republican Sen. Marco Rubio and the bipartisan pair of congressmen in the House. That has once again made all think about why the US wants a ban on TikTok.
Why US wants to impose a ban on TikTok?
Well, the US has always been trying to impose a ban on TikTok to be followed across the country. As they have always been concerned about the security threats coming from using the app in the country. The reason behind it comes as the app has ties with a Chinese-based company.

The US believes that the TikTok ban is necessary to “Safeguard US user data from the Chinese government”. While not just TikTok but many companies coming under the Bytedance Ltd are having their names under the bill by the US now.
