NBC broadcasted Miley Cyrus’ own New Year’s Eve party. In advance of her performance, the 29-year-old singer was seen with Maxx Morando. Miley Cyrus was spotted dancing and holding hands backstage with the drummer, People magazine reports.
Her black romper provided the perfect background to some calisthenics on the balcony of her Miami hotel room. Following some stretching, Miley posed with her back towards the window, seemingly showing Maxx a show. Miley and Maxx embraced and kissed.
Their attendance at the Gucci Love Parade fashion show in November hinted at their relationship to fans.

Who is Maxx Morando?
The 23-year-old Maxx Morando first gained notoriety by performing with Los Angeles-based band The Regrettes. When he came to Hollywood, he met his bandmates at the School of Rock. At music school, he met Lydia Night, Sage Chavis, and Genessa Gariano, who were all members of The Regrettes.
A few months later, following the release of their EP, Attention Seeker, he left the band. A few years later, he drummed for the band Liily.
Maxx Morando and Miley Cyrus’ relationship is explored
E! News reports that the couple has several mutual friends. They became close over being musicians because they are both creative and artistic.
During the month of September 2021, Maxx posted Miley’s Instagram Story (which was a Highlight of his profile.) “Collaborated with @shane_kastl to create this look,” said Maxx in the caption.
There was a colorful hodgepodge to the look. A jacket with different colored sleeves was worn by Miley while she wore white short-shorts. Each piece of her outfit was decorated with colorful paintings.
During New Year’s Eve Party rehearsals, Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson were reportedly backstage with the drummer. According to the insider, they were all super nice to one another, and they seemed to enjoy themselves.
Her previous relationship with Australian singer Cody Simpson led to her being linked to Wrecking Ball. In August 2020, they ended their relationship.
