Damson went on to admit that Elba’s performance on The Wire as Stringer Bell helped him for his character on Snowfall.

Who is Damson Idris?
Damson Idris was born on 2nd September 1991 to Nigerian parents in Peckham, London. Moreover, he is the youngest child among his six siblings. He has three elder brothers and two elder sisters.
As per an in The Native Magazine, all of Idris’ siblings have developed careers in the corporate world. While Damson has become a part of Hollywood, he still closely keeps in touch with his family.
