Officials have identified a deranged guy who screamed about Mayor Adams and posted weird threatening rants on YouTube as a person of interest in the heinous Brooklyn subway attack that injured at least 23 people Tuesday morning.
Who is Frank R James?
Frank R James, who warned last month that he was “approaching the danger zone,” rented a U-Haul van linked to the Sunset Park N train attack and is being sought for questioning, according to authorities. In one long video, Frank R James remarked, “Mr Mayor, I’m a victim of your mental health programme.” “I’m 63 now, and I’m full of hatred, rage, and resentment.” He also chastised the mayor for failing to do more to address homelessness. “Eric Adams, What are you up to, sibling? “What’s going on with this homeless scenario on the subway,” he remarked, referring to the homeless situation. “Every car I saw was packed with homeless people.” I couldn’t stand it since it was so bad.

The person of interest went on a rant on racial issues, claiming that the Russian invasion of Ukraine proved that black people in society were treated with contempt. “This is what these white mothers do,” he continued. At an earlier press conference, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell described the suspect as a 5-foot-5 black male with a hefty build weighing around 170 pounds. At the time, he was dressed in a gas mask, an orange and green construction vest, a neon-green work helmet, and a grey hooded sweatshirt.
