On the eve of the NBA free agency period, Hornets forward Miles Bridges’ was charged for reportedly injuring a woman.
Bridges turned himself into the Los Angeles Police Department about a physical dispute that happened on Tuesday.
Officials have mentioned that the 24-year-old basketball player supposedly got into an argument with a woman that gradually escalated to physical.
The media outlet said that the cops were called to the scene but Bridges fled before they arrived.
However, he went in the next day to turn himself into a local jail.
The report further mentioned that the woman required medical attention but the extent of her injuries remains unclear.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the 6’7″ player was charged with a felony with his bail set at $130,000 bail. He was released soon after.

Miles Emmanuel Bridges Sr. although recognized for his basketball ball skills is also a frequent rapper under the name RTB MB.
He was born on 21st March 1998 to Cynthia and Raymond Bridges in Flint, Michigan.
