Hailey Bieber wins the right to name Rhode in the trademark battle

While Hailey Bieber was gearing up to launch her skincare line called Rhode, she was sued over trademark infringement by a Los Angeles-based clothing company with the same name.

During the lawsuit trial, the founders of the eight-year-old enterprise argued that two companies using a similar name might be confusing for the consumers.

They have recently launched a series of home goods on their official website. Furthermore, their designs were worn by several A-list celebrities such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Tracee Ellis Ross, Khloé Kardashian, Zoey Deutch, and many more.

Regardless, Bieber and her legal team claimed that their venture was fully centered around skincare and not clothes. They said that this will eliminate the risk of confusion among the public.

Moreover, on Friday a federal judge sided with the 25-year-old model. The court also rejected the clothing company’s request for a preliminary injunction in an attempt to block Bieber’s new business venture.

Rhode Skin was launched on 15th June. It has been described as affordable, and cruelty-free.

Hailey Bieber gets candid about her beauty line Rhode in a YouTube video

Hailey Bieber dropped a new documentary video titled The Making of Rhode shortly after the emergency trial proceedings.

In the video, the entrepreneur opens up about the behind-the-scenes while creating her skincare line. The video was released on her official YouTube channel.

The video’s release was delayed in the wake of the trademark infringement filed against Bieber’s company by a clothing line.

However, during the hearing, Bieber’s lawyer submitted documents about the video. Nevertheless, the judge saw no reason why the clip should not be released.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Bieber’s glazed donut nails are taking over the social media platform. The trend became viral among netizens after she shared her ultimate nail combination on TikTok.

Moreover, the fans have started using the hashtag #haileybiebernails while they try out the model’s go-to nail look.
