South Korean band GOT7 is set to hold their comeback concert later this month in anticipation of their upcoming reunion.

The K-pop group consists of seven members namely Jay B, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom.

The upcoming event is titled, GOT7 2022 Fancon ‘Homecoming with iGOT7’.

The concert is a special treat for the fans as it will mark the group’s first fan event in over a year after The Winter We Loved, the sixth-anniversary fancon was held online in December 2020.

GOT7 2022 Fancon ‘Homecoming with iGOT7’ is slated to take place across two days on 21st May and 22nd May respectively. 

The event will be held at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Seoul.

Both the dates will include offline events. However, keeping their international fans in mind, the group announced that they will stream the second of their concert online as well.

Furthermore, after wrapping up their two-day fancon, the septet will release their much-anticipated EP on 23rd May 23 at 6 pm KST or 2:30 pm IST. The new self-titled mini-album is called GOT7.

Earlier this month on 9th May the group confirmed their full-group reunion. The day marked the anniversary of their fandom Ahgase, short for ‘I GOT 7’.

The concert is a highly anticipated convention for the fans since it will mark the boys returning from their almost 2-year long hiatus.

Reportedly, the tickets for the fancon will be open for sale from 13th May at 5 pm KST or 4 am ET.

You can purchase the tickets for the offline shows via Melon Ticket.

On the other hand, you can book tickets for the online event through Melon Ticket, CaveCon, as well as TTM.

The forthcoming album will be the first record GOT7 will release since they ended their contract with the company JYP Entertainment in January 2021.

Shortly after their departure, GOT7 dropped the single ‘Encore’ last February. It was preceded by their fourth studio album ‘Breath of Love: Last Piece’ released in November 2020.

In the last year, members of the Koran band have signed to different agencies. They presented solo careers in music as well as acting.
