GloRilla Arrested for DUI: Wardrobe Malfunction Adds Drama to the Incident

Rapper GloRilla recently made headlines for all the wrong reasons after being arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) among other charges outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
According to a report from TMZ, GloRilla was taken into custody on Tuesday, April 17, and booked on suspicion of DUI, as well as consuming/possessing an open alcoholic beverage container and a separate traffic charge. The arrest occurred around 4 a.m., and GloRilla was booked at 6:12 a.m. She was later bonded out after a few hours.

Details from the police report, obtained by TMZ, reveal that officers pulled over a vehicle for making a U-turn at a red light. GloRilla, who admitted to drinking earlier that night, insisted she was capable of driving. However, police administered field sobriety tests, which she reportedly struggled with, including maintaining balance during the tests. Additionally, GloRilla refused to submit to a breathalyzer test. Amidst the interaction with the police, her breast reportedly slipped out of her clothing, leading to a wardrobe malfunction.
Despite her arrest, GloRilla’s legal trouble has not been reflected on her social media accounts. Her Instagram profile remains active, featuring posts related to her music, including her latest project, “Ehhthang Ehhthang,” and her upcoming tour with Megan Thee Stallion.

GloRilla’s arrest news comes shortly after the announcement of her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion on the global Hot Girl Summer tour. However, the legal incident casts a shadow over her recent successes in the music industry.
It’s worth noting that GloRilla’s legal name includes the alias “Hallelujah,” as indicated in her booking information.
As of now, GloRilla has not publicly addressed the arrest or provided any statements regarding the incident. Despite the legal setback, her music career continues, with fans eagerly awaiting her future releases and performances.
