Gayle King recently sat down for an interview with Andy Cohen on his show Watch What Happens Live which aired on 8th December Thursday.
However, King made her stance clear and came to Meghan Markle’s defense in the middle of the interview.
During the episode, Cohen joked about how the Duchess of Sussex had previously declared that she would never do a reality show.

However, the host’s comment prompted King to say otherwise.
The CBS Mornings anchor can be heard saying, ‘It’s not a reality show.’
Moreover, the 57-year-old personality insisted, ‘It’s not.’
Besides that, the award-winning journalist shared her excitement over the new Netflix docuseries which is slated to hit the streaming sites on Thursday.
She added, ‘I can’t wait.’
Meanwhile, King had previously weighed in on a possible reconciliation between the royal family and the pair in September.
For the unversed, King’s interview came after the Sussexes renounced their positions as senior royals in 2020.
Moreover, the estranged couple reunited with Prince William and King Charles III in the wake of Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s latest documentary titled Harry & Meghan debuted their first episode on Thursday.
In the episode, the royal pair talked about the early days of their romance. They also shared their experience with the royal family.
The Duke of Sussex says in the premiere episode, ‘This is a great love story. And the craziest thing is that I think this love story is only just getting started.’
He further gushed about his wife by adding, ‘She sacrificed everything that she ever knew, the freedom that she had, to join me in my world, and then pretty soon after that I end up sacrificing everything that I know to join her in her world.’
Markle on the other hand recalled that she didn’t want to date anyone new before she was set up with Harry.
The former American actress explained, ‘I was really intent on being single and just having fun girl-time. I had a career.’
In addition, she stated, ‘I had my life. I had my path … and then came H. I mean, he literally, talk about a plot twist.’
