Himchan might be dragged into a courtroom once again. He is charged with sexually assaulting two more women.
On 26th May, two more victims have come forward to accuse former B.A.P member Himchan of sexual assault allegations.
The idol was first accused of sexual assault back in 2019. Just five days earlier he had pleaded guilty to the assault case.

Himchan was accused of sexually assaulting two more women
Both the victims have claimed that a drunk Himchan sexually assaulted them outside a club’s staircase located in Hannam-dong, Seoul. It is alleged that one of the idol’s acquaintances owned the pub.
The incident reportedly took place on the 16th of April. Shortly after the incident, they filed a report against the 32-year-old K-pop idol at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul.
SBS News reported that one of the victims was a foreigner.

The women stated that they met Himchan first time at the pub itself. They further mentioned that they were outside the building waiting for their food when an intoxicated Himchan bumped into them.
They continued that the idol soon grabbed the cell phone of one of the women. He allegedly wrapped his arm around her waist and slurred, ‘Let’s go upstairs together.’
The other women claimed that Himchan touched her chest when she had repeatedly protested against it.
The alleged victims showed concern when they learned that Himchan was already facing a sexual molestation count. They said, ‘We are concerned that there will be other victims.’
Himchan’s attorney’s response to two women’s sexual assault allegations
The cops are investigating the case. They have retrieved the CCTV camera footage of the incident.
Himchan’s attorney has refuted the molestation claim behind the physical touch.
He said, ‘If you see the CCTV, you can see there was inevitable physical contact, however, there were no sexual intentions’.
He further told SBS News, ‘They were standing in a cramped stairway when another customer entered the stairways by opening a door. For the sake of safety, there was physical contact with one of the alleged victim’s waist. If she felt uncomfortable with it, we would like to apologize.’
The lawyer however completed denied the women’s accusation of Himchan touching her breast.
He told, ‘There was no contact with the other alleged victim’s breast. However, there was physical contact due to similar reasons. There weren’t any sexual intentions in the contact with either woman.’
