As many reports are confirming that Scarlett Johansson will be a part of an upcoming DCEU project. The fans decided to let her name trending on Twitter. She recently starred in ‘Black Widow’ as Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff). Scarlett has been playing Black Widow for most of the 3rd phase movies of MCU movies. In the biggest ever Marvel Movie, Avengers: Endgame, Black Widow sacrificed herself for the soul stone. She has no future in MCU Phase 4.
The two-time Academy Award Winner completed her contract with MCEU and is now free to join any movie she likes. She was recently in the headlines for suing Disney over her film’s release format. Fans have also selected the perfect role for her to play in the DCEU.
Scarlett Johansson As ‘Poison Ivy’?
Fans and Followers of Twitter have had #ScarlettJohansson trending for a week now. Director James Gunn confirmed working on a DCEU project. Many fans are now requesting Black Widow or Scarlett Johansson to star as Poison Ivy in DCEU. A fan demanded, “So … ‘#WB’ should be desperately trying to get #ScarlettJohansson to be #PoisonIvy in a ‘#gothamcitysirens’ movie with ‘#MargotRobbie’ right now right….”.
Fans are demanding collaboration between Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn and Scarlett Johansson’s Poison Ivy. Disney has decided to cut all ties with the 36 – years old actress and this can be a huge opportunity for DCEU to steal the actress for a role in their universe. According to the DCEU panelists, the amount of sultriness required to play live-action Pamela Isley is in Scarlett Johansson. Her chemistry with Margot Robbie will be a treat to watch too.
Gotham City Sirens is the next project, and James Gunn has clarified that Poison Ivy is not coming anytime now. But Poison Ivy is bounded to come to the theatres, one day or another. James Gunn said he will also be approaching Johansson for the role as she will be the perfect pick for Poison Ivy.
