This allegation surfaced shortly after accusations of grooming and sending inappropriate messages to a minor were made against Tyson, stirring significant controversy online.

The controversy began when several YouTube videos surfaced, sharing Discord messages exchanged between Kris Tyson, then known as Chris Tyson, and a fan named LavaGS. At the onset of these interactions, LavaGS was 13 years old, and Tyson was 20. Although the messages were exchanged in public Discord servers, many YouTube commentators suggested that the relationship was inappropriate.

One viral post claimed, “The two constantly joked inappropriately with each other about hentai addiction, sending suggestive pics, etc. They confirmed meeting up together when the minor was 16.” However, LavaGS, who is now 20, has vehemently denied these allegations. In a statement, he said, “These videos are massive lies and twisting the truth. Ava never did anything wrong and just made a few edgy jokes. I was never exploited or taken advantage of.”

Keemstar’s Claims
Adding fuel to the fire, Keemstar’s recent claims suggest that Kris Tyson supported art from Shadman. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Keemstar shared a screenshot from r/YouTubeDrama, asserting that Tyson had commissioned explicit content from the controversial artist. He wrote, “Kris Tyson supported the cartoon artist Shadman that drew my daughter at age 8 in a sexual manner. This is a known fact. Privately, Kris Tyson and I even had a conversation about this roughly a month ago, as it still upsets me. This is not misinformation. This is a fact.”

Communication with Keemstar
In an interesting turn, Keemstar revealed that MrBeast himself had connected him with LavaGS to clarify the situation. According to Keemstar, LavaGS firmly denied any grooming allegations, stating, “I was NOT groomed by Kris Tyson.” LavaGS also clarified that he never met Kris Tyson alone and that their only interactions, aside from a MrBeast giveaway years ago, occurred in a Discord server where they occasionally exchanged “edgy inappropriate jokes.”
