Recent rumors about Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs have been making the rounds on social media, with claims suggesting that Gadot secured her iconic role through an affair with the rapper. A post from a Facebook page called Vivek Vibes on October 14, 2024, fueled these allegations, stating that Gadot admitted to sleeping with Diddy and others to land the role of Wonder Woman. The post quickly gained traction, accumulating over 4,000 reactions and 1,200 comments.

Despite the viral nature of the post, the claim is completely false. Vivek Vibes is a meme page known for sharing satirical and fake news, and this particular rumor is another example of baseless gossip circulating online. The page’s description openly admits to creating chaotic content “just to make people laugh,” further discrediting the authenticity of the post.

No Truth Behind the Affair Claims

The viral post alleged that Gadot had openly admitted to the affair, but there is no evidence or credible source to support this accusation. The post even contained a collage of Gadot and Diddy, along with a blurred image intended to suggest the two were romantically involved. However, these visuals were manipulated, and no legitimate reports have ever linked the two celebrities in such a manner.

This rumor comes in the wake of Diddy’s legal troubles, as the rapper was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and other offenses. The timing of these false claims appears to exploit Diddy’s current situation, adding more controversy to an already sensationalized story.

How Gal Gadot Actually Landed the Wonder Woman Role

The truth behind how Gal Gadot secured her role as Wonder Woman is far from scandalous. According to various interviews and media sources, Gadot went through a rigorous audition process to earn the part. In an interview with W Magazine in 2017, she recalled auditioning for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice without knowing it was for Wonder Woman. She faced stiff competition, with six or seven other actresses vying for the role.

To calm her nerves, Gadot mentioned that she turned to Beyoncé’s music for inspiration while waiting for her audition. The defining moment came during her camera test, where director Zack Snyder immediately recognized Gadot’s potential. In a 2020 interview with TheFilmJunkee, Snyder shared that Gadot’s performance in a scene with Ben Affleck convinced him that she was the perfect choice for Wonder Woman. The scene, where she confronted Affleck’s character about his drinking, was written specifically for the audition. Gadot’s delivery of the line “You’ve never known a woman like me” sealed the deal for Snyder and the casting team.

Additionally, Patty Jenkins, the director of the solo Wonder Woman

film, admitted in a 2017 Playboy interview that she had initial reservations about working with an actress she hadn’t selected. However, after seeing Gadot in action, Jenkins was thoroughly impressed. She praised the casting choice, acknowledging that Gadot’s performance exceeded all expectations.

No Wonder Woman 3 in the Works

Despite Gadot’s success as Wonder Woman, recent reports indicate that plans for Wonder Woman 3 have been shelved. While the first two films were box office hits and solidified Gadot’s position as a global star, the decision to cancel the third installment has left fans disappointed.

The viral claim that Gal Gadot had an affair with Diddy to land the lead role in Wonder Woman is entirely false and should be dismissed as internet gossip. Gadot secured her iconic role through a legitimate audition process, impressing both Zack Snyder and Patty Jenkins with her talent. As fans continue to celebrate her portrayal of the superhero, it’s essential to rely on credible sources rather than misleading social media posts.
