Eva Mendes recently shared the real reason why she deliberately avoids posing with her husband Ryan Gosling on red carpets for photos.

Eva Mendes recently took to her official Instagram account to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her and Ryan Gosling’s first film The Place Beyond the Pines.
Moreover, it led a fan to share a comment on the post saying, ‘I really hope Barbie will get through the Awards Season just to see you w[ith] Ryan.’
However, Mendes replied to the fan’s comment and explained that posing on red carpets together was not her and Gosling’s style.
She said, ‘What a cool comment, thank you. But we don’t do those things together. Like these photos, I’ve been posting. Im [sic] only comfortable posting because it’s already out there.’
The Florida native however quickly noted that she had indeed posed with Gosling for the premiere of their 2012 joint project.
She wrote, ‘Oh wait -for those who may catch me in a ‘lie’ – we only were on the red carpet together once when promoting this film.’
Furthermore, Mendes went on share a little insight into her relationship with the Notebook actor
She added, ‘By ‘not comfortable,’ I mean exposing our very private life that we value. I’m still dying to do another movie with him though.’

Eva Mendes knew Ryan Gosling before they got together to film their movie The Place Beyond the Pines in 2011. However, their romance reportedly began on the sets of the drama film.
In addition, Mendes and Gosling went public about their relationship when they went on a date to Disneyland in the September of the same year.
Subsequently, back in 2014 news broke out that Mendes had welcomed her first child, a daughter named Esmeralda with Gosling. Additionally, the pair went on to another daughter Amada who was born two years later in May 2016.
Meanwhile, the couple sparked marriage rumors last year in November after the Girl in Progress actress shared a photo with the words, ‘de Gosling’ inscribed on her wrist.
Besides that, Mendes also referred to the Notebook actor as her ‘husband’ during an interview with Today Australia. Despite the speculations, neither Mendes nor Gosling has ever confirmed whether they have tied the knot or not.
