Erika Jayne named in $50 million racketeering lawsuit
Erika Jayne was welcomed with a rude shock on Friday night when she arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport from her luxurious Hawaii trip.
Jayne sported a casual airport look for her return to Los Angeles as she was dressed in white sweatpants with a matching sweatshirt.
However, an unidentified woman approached the Pretty Mess singer while she was waiting at the baggage claim area. The woman thrust two stacks of papers most likely containing court documents to Jayne.
The woman was reportedly heard in the video saying, ‘I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a summons and complaint to serve you.’
Jayne is accused of nine charges including racketeering, unlawful business practice and deceit, and more in her legal drama involving her estranged ex-husband Tom Girardi.
The lawsuit filed by the Edelson PC claims that the 50-year-old actress and Girardi, ‘routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV.’
They further alleged that Jayne’s shell corporation, EJ Global company, ‘was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.’
The model has further been labeled as a ‘frontwoman’ for ‘selling to the world (including unsuspecting clients) that Girardi Keese was successful.’
Moreover, this is not the first time Edelson PC went after Jayne. The law firm filed a racketeering lawsuit against her back in April 2022. However, Jayne was cleared from the charges in that lawsuit.

One user said, ‘LMFAO she’s a sociopathic liar. This doesn’t shock me. I do love her getting served at LAX for another lawsuit. She’s going to be getting social security (if there’s anything left) by the time she’s done with victims suing her.’
Furthermore, another responded saying, ‘She has so many ongoing lawsuits against her. Does she really think people believe her when she says she’s not guilty of anything? I hope she loses everything and then some! She’s a disgusting human being.’
