on July 15, 2024, ENHYPEN members discussed the significance of Romance: Untold. Leader Jungwon emphasized the group’s deep involvement in the album, noting that all seven members contributed to the lyrics, with Heeseung even writing and producing an entire track. Jay described the album as a turning point in their career, opening up new possibilities for the group.

One standout track from the album is “Highway 1009,” the band’s first fan song, produced by Heeseung. The song holds special meaning for the group, with “1009” referencing the date ENHYPEN’s fandom was officially named. Heeseung expressed his hope that fans, known as ENGENEs, would sing along during live performances, making it a memorable experience for all.

The album’s release was accompanied by a 12-minute promotional short film, portraying the members as vampires on the run, protecting their human ally Chloe. The film, which ties into the album’s narrative, also teases the track “XO (Only If You Say Yes).”

As ENHYPEN prepares to hit the road, fans are eagerly anticipating the chance to see their favorite group perform live. With a successful album behind them and a tour that promises to be unforgettable, ENHYPEN is poised to make 2024-2025 another banner year in their already stellar career.
