Fans of Jamie Foxx can exhale a sigh of relief. Following a recent health scare, the actor has returned to social media. He turned to Instagram to share a video message with his supporters, reassuring them that he is well. He also denied allegations that he will go blind or become crippled. Jamie, dressed in a black shirt, captured the footage on his phone. “First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who has prayed for me and sent me messages,” he stated. I can’t tell you the distance it took me or how quickly it returned me back.

Actor Assures Jamie Foxx Fans He Does Not Have Blindness In A Video Message Following A Health Scare
After being hospitalized for a “medical complication” in April, Jamie Foxx has spoken out for the first time. “First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who has prayed, man, and sent me messages,” he said in an extended three-minute video shared on his Instagram on Friday. “I hardly begin at all to tell you how far it took me and how far it brought me back.” While shooting the Netflix film Back in Action in Atlanta, Corinne Foxx revealed that her father had been hospitalised but was “already on his way to recovery”. She didn’t give many specifics about the health scare at the time. Foxx has also stayed mostly out of the spotlight afterwards, missing public appearances such as the screening of They Cloned Tyrone in June. He was photographed on a yacht earlier this month, in one of his first confirmed public outings in months. Corinne did provide a status report on her father’s rehabilitation in May, following media allegations that his family was bracing for the worst. You can’t imagine how wonderful it is to have your family come through so strongly, and to know that they kept everything airtight, they protected me, and that’s what I wish everyone could have in times like these.” In the video, Foxx also addressed rumours on social media that he was “blind” or “paralysed.” Foxx ended the video by thanking all of his followers for their ongoing prayers, love, and support.
