Elon Musk And Bernie Sanders

Quite recently, Elon Musk offered Tesla a 7 billion dollar supply. This rapidly increased in worth throughout this pandemic. It also made him the globe’s richest and wealthiest person. To this Sanders made an indirect tweet shooting Elon. Musk in return made a humourous tweet directly to Sanders. Let’s read about it more in this article.
We know that Elon Musk has a long history of publicly sharing his opinions on Twitter. He continued his trend by dueling with Sen. Bernie Sanders. The topic of their dispute was targeting their extreme wealth and stocks.
$7 Billion Tesla stocks.

Over the last week, Elon has earned nearly 7 billion dollars through Tesla Stocks. This is according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Musk also ran a poll on his Twitter asking his followers to vote. They were asked to vote on whether Musk should sell the stocks or not. Although it is known that he has already started a sales plan some two months ago.

Sen Bernie Tweets

On Sunday Sen Bernie tweeted by saying that extremely wealthy Americans should pay their fair share. He was indirectly talking and aiming for Elon Musk the richest man in the world.
To this, the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk responded. He wrote that he was willing to offer and sell more of the stocks that he owns.

He also tweeted a response to Sanders saying that he keeps forgetting that Sanders is still alive.
Afterwhich Elon responded to a meme posted by another user about Sanders with a laughing emoji. He then offered to sell more of his stocks.

Musk also then indicated a billionaire tax that was proposed by Sen.Ron Wyden, D-Ore in the poll. This would tax unknown capital gains on assets which included stocks. With the stocks of Tesla rising high in the sky during this pandemic it made Musk the richest man. The business magnet has again and again condemned the Democratic tax proposal as it would leave Musk with a $10 billion annual bill. Which would be based on projections.
