The duo was racially attacking a black guy in the video that is viral on social media. Mother and son were harassing the permit auditor as they questioned him about what he was doing in the parking lot in Nashville. The netizens are condemning the duo over social media for their ill manners and treating the guy wrongly. The guy, Johnny Martinez has accused the mother and son of racial assault.

There are no reports regarding the arrest of the mother, Bitsy Brennan, and his son, Edward Brennan. The complaint was filed against the two for their racist behavior and harassing Johnny, the permit auditor who works at a parking lot of an apartment. The issue was raised on Saturday nearly at 8 pm according to Johnny. He was completing the normal parking check at the apartment when the two encountered him. He says that he wants the duo to get jailed for racist behavior and harassment. Till now, police officials have not stated anything about the issue as investigations are on.
