The cover art for Drake’s latest single, “Search & Rescue,” featured an image depicting him and “Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian wearing matching motorcycle helmets, causing a Twitter frenzy. The mystery woman, however, turns out to be an artist named Lilah who bears a striking resemblance to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, according to TMZ on Friday. Drake sampled Kardashian’s voice in his song, even though it seemed unlikely that Kardashian would pose with West’s former nemesis. At the 2021 series finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Drake savagely used a clip of Kardashian discussing her divorce from West.
Given that the two seemed to have buried the hatchet in November 2021, Drake’s decision to reignite the feud shocked many fans. A photo of West and Drake was posted at the time alongside music executive J. Prince in Toronto. The caption of his post was accompanied by a “dove” emoji to emphasize their peace. According to Drizzy, the meeting meant nothing to him on his latest album, “Her Loss.” The singer’s father, Dennis, has sought to reassure fans that his son is not trolling West.

It has been revealed who the mystery woman is on Drake’s cover art. Drake released his new single “Search & Rescue” on Friday, but it wasn’t without controversy. In addition to a Kim Kardashian voice sample, the artwork includes a Kim Kardashian-like image. During the video, the Toronto rapper wears a helmet alongside the mystery woman, who is visible through her helmet. There are several similarities in the facial features of the woman and many fans thought that the woman was Kim K. However, TMZ reports that the woman is actually Lilah, a singer and one of Drake’s close friends. In the past, Drake has shown Lilah love. According to a Twitch interview he conducted in December, she is part of his “best friends in the world” and he listens to her album Atlantis. Consequently, fans believed Drake was tormenting Kanye West when he included the Kim soundbite, a line from “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” where Kim informs Kris Jenner she wants to divorce him. It’s not for me to come this far and not be happy. Kim reminds us of that. Drake was also accused of acting like he had hooked up with his ex-wife at that time – which she denied.
