Doja Cat Concert Cancellation At i-Heart Radio Jingle Ball Tour

On 10 December, Doja cat announced that the members of her production team had tested positive for COVID-19. On Friday, she informed that, no choice but to stop her ongoing jingle ball tour at New York and Boston.

However, on 11 December (Sunday), the 26-year old star herself revealed through an Instagram post that she reported positive for COVID-19. This is the second time since July 2020 and has to go under quarantine period canceling her remaining tour scheduled in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Miami.

The rapper-singer pop star is under recommendation for album of the year (Planet her) and record of the year with her song “Kiss me” at the Grammy 2022.

Doja Cat Stays Positive

Her social media post read as follows: “As most of you probably heard earlier, a few members on my production team tested positive for Covid 19 and I had to cancel a couple of my upcoming performances as a safety precaution. Unfortunately, I’m sad to share that I just tested positive as well and will no longer be able to perform on the rest of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour.

Further, she adds “While my spirits are down since I can’t be there to celebrate the holiday with my fans in Philly, DC, Atlanta, and Miami, I’m doing ok and look forward to recovering and getting back out there as soon as I can! The rest of the tour stops have some really great lineups, wish I could be there.”

We wish for her speedy recovery and that of her crew members she can continue to perform for her fans as soon as possible.

Following Doja Cat’s Pull Out, Lil Nas X And Coldplay Moves Out Too

Lil Nas X and Coldplay are forced to pull out of their scheduled tour with Jingle Ball as their team members turned out to be positive for Covid-19. Singer Tom Grennan and rapper ArrDee are to arrange to perform in place of Coldplay and Lil Nas X. the organizers confirm their presence along with a note that, “the performance must go on”.
