Diddy hits back at DJ Akademiks after he called Yung Miami a ‘side-chick’ following the rapper’s announcement of welcoming his sixth child.

Diddy comes to Yung Miami’s rescue after announcing his daughter’s birth

Diddy took to social media on 13th December Tuesday to shut down rumors about his relationship with his girlfriend Yung Miami.

Moreover, he wrote, ‘@yungmiami305 is not my side chick. Never has been, never will be. She’s very important and special to me, and I don’t play about my Shawty Wop. I don’t discuss things on the internet and I will not start today.’

Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, in a follow-up tweet said, ‘So think what you want. But know that if you do something to hurt mine, I’m gonna to come to your house and we’re gonna talk about it like human beings. LOVE.’

For the unversed, Diddy’s tweet comes after Yung Miami exchanged insults with Akademiks on Twitter earlier this week.

Besides that, the two had an online spat over the 53-year-old musician having a baby with 28-year-old cyber-security specialist Dana Tran.

Meanwhile, Akademiks and Yung Miami continued their back and forth on the multi-blogging site until the former indicated that she is having a ‘mental breakdown’ over Diddy’s announcement.

The 28-year-old rapper on the other hand shot back by saying, ‘It’s cool for a MAN to constantly harass me online that I don’t know!’

Diddy publicly confirmed that he is in a relationship with Yung Miami during the first episode of her series Caresha Please. 

Moreover, the couple has been seeing each for quite some time before they went on to reveal it to the public.

However, the City Girl member, whose real name is Caresha Romeka Brownlee, spoke about her relationship with Diddy in an interview with XXL Magazine.

She said, ‘We are dating. We are single, but we’re dating.’

Furthermore, she explained, ‘He see other people outside of me and I see people outside of him. I’m young. I’m dating.’

Yung Miami continued with, ‘I’m, you know, having fun. I’m doing me. He’s doing the same thing. I can’t speak for exactly what he doing or who he seeing.’

But she shared, ‘I feel like he brings a different side of me. He brings out the better qualities of myself … That’s one thing I love about him. He brings out more confidence in me.’
