On the 7th of December, 2021, throwback pictures of the Kardashian sisters were posted on an Instagram account. Though the account is deleted now, the name of the account was “popcultureangel”. This Instagram account had posted a series of throwback images of Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe.
The comment section of these posts flooded with questions and statements saying that Kourtney Kardashian underwent surgeries in a natural way that seemed not quite artificial to point it out. A comment claimed that the star underwent, Botox, nose job, some kind of b*tt shot, BBL, etc. Kourtney, being quick at her response to such a comment, wrote, “No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment, b*tt shot and Brazilian b*tt lift, um thanks. And you were just getting started”.
First, Kourtney seemingly denied having the work done on herself. Later, she admitted to getting plastic surgery before. The oldest Kardashian sister got breast implants at the age of 21. She admitted she regretted the surgery and was even considering getting them removed.
