A website, Chimniii has made claims about country singer Oliver Anthony saying he sued Fox News for $10 million. The claims by the website comes only after Fox News used one of the track by Anthony titled as Rich Men North Of Richmond for the GOP presidential debate.

He added, “It’s aggravating seeing certain musicians and politicians act like we’re buddies and act like we’re fighting the same struggle here, like we’re trying to present the same message”. Surely Anthony didn’t approve of his song being used like that.
Did Oliver Anthony sue Fox News for $10 million?
Despite Chimniii making such claims about Oliver Anthony over suing Fox News for millions. The claims aren’t true. Yes, in fact, the post shared by the website itself verifies that it was a satirical post about the country singer. The article was something from the website’s satire section.
Also, apart from Chimniii no other media outlet had claimed so about the country singer. Nor did Anthony confirm anything such about suing the media house for using his song. Though what happens between Fox News and Anthony in the future over his song is yet to be seen.
