On the No Jumper podcast, she said, “it was just a normal night for me, I went to Supercross, got super hammered, and was having fun, and did not think anything of it. Then I woke up the next morning and it was just completely different, viral so I had no idea actually what happened.”
She also talked about the critics, “like I am a pedophile, and I flash my t**ts for kids”. She said that she was enjoying herself and had no issue apologizing to the people who got upset with her behavior.
Danae said, “honestly I did not see one kid that entire time, maybe that is just me, but I did not see any kids, not around me, at least. It was for the boys, it was the vibe. Nobody there was booing or anything like that, it was like, ‘we are all here to have a good time.’ I would not have done it if it was not the right vibe.”
She added to her statement by talking about the consequences of that viral video. Her boyfriend break up with her after being in the relationship for 11 years. She said, “he’s embarrassed I guess. It was when his family reached out and were like, ‘I am very disappointed, and it was to the point where co-workers were mentioning it and things like that, I think it was just too much.”
