Dababy Pays Tribute To Older Brother Glen Johnson After He Commits Suicide

Glen Johnson, elder brother of DaBaby posted a public tribute post for his brother. Glen committed suicide when he was living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tuesday afternoon, Johnson died of a self-inflicted gunshot shot wound. He was holding a gun and was in a car while he posted a video of himself.

In the video, he was clearly sad and upset and decided to take his life himself. Johnson told that he was wronged repeatedly and just wanted everything to stop. He shot himself in the head.

Dababy Tribute To Brother

Rapper DaBaby, real name Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, on his Instagram bio he posted: ‘ LONG LIVE MY BROTHER’ and black and white emoji. On Instagram, he posted photos and videos of himself working in Charlotte city working on bringing voters to the booths as a part of his campaign of NOCAP2020 project.

DaBaby added pictures accompanied with black heart emoji in his 14.9 million followers Instagram account. His intro of the 2019 lead single song from his second album Kirk was about his brother’s struggles in life. He rapped on the number 17 song of The US Billboard Hot 100 before it, reached number 13.

Kirk was the number 1 on the US Billboard 200 chart. DaBaby featured in Dua Lipa’s hit song Levitating in 2020. He will also write a song about his brother’s life and problems. During his speech, he found himself in a hot water at Rolling Loud. DaBaby was also removed from most of h is concerts. He is now away from social media and is only focusing on his life matters.

On August 9, on Glenn’s birthday DaBaby posted many Instagram stories and posts. At Rolling Loud, he said a lot of embarrassing things, for which many musicians stand against him. DaBaby said on stage: “If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of the deadly sexually transmitted diseases that’ll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up. Ladies, if your pu**y smell like water, put your cellphone lighter up. Fellas, if you ain’t sucking d**k in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up.”
