Will Chris Rock ever address the Oscar slap gate scandal?

Chris Rock isn’t interested in discussing the Oscars’ slap gate until he gets paid, according to the Palm Springs Desert Sun. “I’m OK, I have a complete show, and I’m not talking about it till I get paid,” the ‘Spiral’ actor said to his live audience in Indio, California. It’s a wonderful life. “I was able to reclaim my hearing.” Chris had disclosed on one of his earlier broadcasts, shortly after the slap gate, that he was still processing the smack.

According to sources, Chris Rock made jokes about celebrities and politicians such as Hillary Clinton, the Kardashians, and Meghan Markle at his most recent act. He also discussed how businesses are working to embrace diversity, raising his daughters, being single again, and people’s fear of offending someone for any reason.

Will Smith has been barred from attending the Academy Awards for the next 10 years

“The 94th Academy Awards were meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who accomplished amazing work this past year,” the Academy said in a statement. “However, those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable and damaging behavior we saw Mr. Smith demonstrate on stage.” “Today, the Board of Governors called a meeting to explore how best to respond to Will Smith’s behavior at the Academy Awards, in addition to accepting his resignation,” the letter continued.
