Since quite some time the Thor hero Chris Hemsworth is reported of taking his career decision over Alzheimer’s threat. This left many of his fans concerned and curious over knowing if he is really suffering from Alzheimer’s or not and if they’ll see him on screen or not. Chris Hemsworth is busy with his work lately and professional commitments. There have been reports of his slowing down in his career. But yes that’s not anything he had planned for. Rather reports say the Thor actor might do it because of Alzheimer’s risk.
An insider had told Page Six that “he doesn’t plan to take on many roles because of (learning about his high risk of) Alzheimer’s”. This has made fans of the actor to be concerned about him thinking if he has Alzheimer’s. Chris had himself said something about it as to how the degenerative disease could impact him and his work.

Currently, Chris Hemsworth doesn’t have Alzheimer’s. However, the actor had come to know some time back that later as he ages he is at risk of Alzheimer’s. Meanwhile, fans are curious to know if he is planning a retirement due to the same or not.

As per femalefirst.co.uk report, Chris isn’t planning of an early retirement for his health. Despite the reports also saying that he is looking at the workload on him. Meanwhile, we have Chris appear in lots of upcoming projects that will ensure his fans get to see him more often on screen.

Though it isn’t known yet how things would turn out in the future for Chris Hemsworth. Currently, he is very much into giving his fans what they wish for. Apart from Extraction, we have some other projects where we will have Chris playing some important roles in it.
He is having four upcoming works including appearing as Thor in an Avenger sequel. While he is also to be in Hulk Hogan’s biopic. Thus fans are surely not going to have Chris Hemsworth retiring anytime soon and nor does he plans to do so either.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t working better when it comes to Alzheimer’s? There have been studies that show that people who are not active are more prone to develop dementia or Alzheimer’s earlier than those who don’t.
