She had some serious charges on her that made her get arrested back in August 2021. Post which now the report comes that Chris Chan is out of jail on bond. However, many people don’t know why Chris Chan was arrested and what charges made her go to jail.
Why was Chris Chan arrested?
It was back on 1st August 2021 that Chris Chan was arrested first. The charges against her were serious and disturbing. As it was for charges of incest that her arrest took place. Back then she was held at Henrico County Regional Jail, Virginia. When she was arrested by local County Sheriff, Alisa Gregory.
Gregory on the arrest of Chan said “Christine Weston Chandler is currently being held in our Jail West facility on one count of incest and awaiting arraignment in Green County, Virginia. Back at that time, officers had done a welfare check as well on Chan’s property.

As per a recent report, it was claimed that Chris Chan came out of jail on 27th March 2023 from the Central Virginia Regional Jail. The release of Chan came only after a court order. Where it was said that someone paid the bond for her release.
Although, it isn’t yet known as who paid the bond for Chris Chan’s release. But the fact is that Chris Chan is not free from jail permanently. As again she is to face the hearing of the court on 8th August 2023. Meanwhile, Chris Chan hasn’t responded to the reports of her release from jail yet.
