Fans believed a feud between Charli and Sawayama began when Sawayama used her Glastonbury Festival set on June 24 to seemingly call out The 1975’s frontman Matty Healy, who was under fire at the time for making remarks mocking Asians and other marginalised groups on an episode of The Adam Friedland Show in February.
