As soon as the judgement in the Johnny Depp, Amber Heard defamation trial was announced.

The jury found in favour of Johnny Depp and awarded him $15 million, but they also found him liable for defaming Heard and awarded her $2 million in damages.
During their final remarks, Johnny’s defence team, Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez, said, “We beg you to give Johnny his life back.” Depp was composed and confident throughout the trial, almost as if he knew he was going to win. The jury finally discovered that Amber Heard’s 2018 op-ed was full of hatred and directed at the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor. The ‘Aquaman’ actress initially claimed that it wasn’t written for Depp, but then admitted that she created it thinking a lot of people would flock to his side.
Johnny Depp issued a statement expressing his feelings
Following his victory in the trial, Depp swiftly issued a statement expressing his emotions. “The purpose of bringing this lawsuit from the outset was to uncover the truth, regardless of the outcome,” Depp stated. He went on to say, “I owed it to my children and all those who have remained consistent in their support for me to tell the truth. I’m relieved that I’ve finally completed that task.”
