Cardi B, a renowned American rapper, has been chastised for reacting to a fan on Twitter by threatening death on them and their mother following the user criticised the rapper for being the “only Mexican” who is incapable of working hard. The New York-born artist wrote a fan on October 18, 2023, “Hope you and your mum di*.” This spurred fans as well as other netizens to continue bombarding Cardi on social media, accusing her of being excessively harsh with her statements. The Bodak Yellow rapper is renowned for getting into intense arguments with fans who voice their dissatisfaction with whatever the artist has done.
She went on a rage with her fans last April after they got frustrated with her for failing to attend the 2022 Grammy Awards. Cardi B has said that she would not release an album following a frightening fight with trolls who continue to criticise her. Cardi B Recently Came Under Fire For Whishing Death On A Fan As Well As Their Mother Online
Cardi B recently came under criticism for wishing death on a fan & their mother on Twitter following the fan criticised the rapper for being the “only Mexican” who is incapable of working hard. The New York-born musician told a fan, “Hope that you and your mum di.” This spurred fans and other netizens to swarm Cardi on social media, accusing her of being overbearing with her statements. Cardi B, sometimes known as Bacardi, is well-known for her harsh internet clapbacks to her followers and other netizens. According to Hip Hop Dx, she previously went viral for tossing microphones at DJs and fans in July. Cardi B had previously uploaded a tiny snippet of a song, however, she quickly removed it. According to Hot New Hip Hop, her fans began to question her after they instantly started backing the rapper following theorising about a new album. The day prior, she tweeted to emphasise that there was no album. Cardi’s statement sparked discussion about her recent albums, as tweets began to emerge condemning her work.

On October 18, 2023, she received harsh criticism for her morbid response in response to a fan’s (user @kaayimtired) remark. “Cardi the only Mexican I know who doesn’t work hard.” Cardi was irked by the statement and took to X (previously Twitter) to express that she wished both the fan and their mother were dead. Another follower advised her about the dangers of posting and to be cautious regarding what she desires from others. They warned her that her remarks had a habit of coming back to haunt her. Cardi B responded to @aurbreysvryown’s message, saying, “Idgaf f*ck y’all… y’all may call me Mexican, knock me down, harm my feelings, speak sht bout all things, this is why I refrain from releasing music.” She also sent out a depressing tweet a few minutes afterwards that appeared suicidal, according to Hot New Hip Hop. Cardi B and netizens have now erased all of the tweets, but fans aren’t ready to let go of the matter. They chastised the artist for discussing suic*de-like things shortly after wishing someone dead.
