Bud Light’s lol crybabies billboard advertising controversy explained
An image of Bud Light’s latest billboard advertisement is taking over social media. Moreover, it comes along with a phrase that says, ‘lol crybabies’ amid the company’s LGBTQ controversy.
In addition, a majority of netizens thought that the Anheuser Busch brand has chosen to clap back at the haters with the aforementioned words.
However, these rumors are not true and Bud Light has not yet put up any placards to call out their commentators.

Meanwhile, if you didn’t know Bud Light’s fake billboard advertisement went viral following their recent controversy which includes trans influencer, Dylan Mulvaney.
For the unversed, the brand came under fire earlier this month when it announced its partnership with Mulvaney.
As per multiple outlets, the company’s conservative customer base is seemingly not happy with Bud Light’s latest collaboration with a member of the LGBTQ community.
Furthermore, this resulted in people alleging that the beer giant is going ‘woke’ while also simultaneously calling for a boycott of the brand.
Besides that, the company has responded to the controversy with a lackluster statement from CEO Brendan Whitworth last week.
He said, ‘We never intended to be a part of a discussion that divides people.’
He continued, ‘We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer.
Bud Light’s marketing VP, Alissa Heinerscheid also clarified that her mission was to improve the company by incorporating inclusivity.
She stated, ‘Shifting the tone, it means having a campaign that’s truly inclusive and feels lighter and brighter and different, and appeals to women and to men.’
Bud Light VP of Marketing believed to be the person responsible for the Dylan Mulvaney partnership has been replaced in her role at the beer brand.
