BTS Suga to serve as a producer in PSY’s comeback single, That That

Global singer PSY has made a thrilling announcement this weekend. The South Korean artist teased the fans by releasing a snippet of his upcoming track titled That That. Fans were however left stunned when they saw BTS member Suga’s name written on the official poster.

According to the teaser, Suga will not feature in the song as a singer but rather serve as a producer.

The brief clip shows snippets of the melody was enough that the upcoming track will be worth listening to. Regardless, it was also quite in contrast to The Gentleman singer’s usual discography.

Record, That That is supposedly going to be the leading single for PSY’s forthcoming album 9th, which is scheduled to release on 29th April 2022.

The Gangnam style artist, PSY took to his social media handles on the 26th of April to reveal his brand new track That That. The song will be produced by South Korean idol Suga and is slated to drop in the next few days on 29th April Friday.

PSY will also release his ninth studio album along with the music video of That That.

The official teaser poster of That That music video shows the 44 years old artist in a very Wild West-esque town. He can be witnessed sporting a fringed cowboy suit as he strides in slow-motion towards the camera.

In the background, we can hear a rhythmic guitar strumming melody. The video ends with PSY slowly jumping and falling to the ground.

The Gentleman singer’s upcoming album will consist of twelve tracks. It will feature many K-pop artists such as Heize, Crush, Tablo as well as BTS SUGA.

Fans trends ‘Producer SUGA’ on Twitter

Upon hearing the exciting announcement, fans decided to share their feelings by flooding messages on Twitter. They branded the BTS member as ‘Producer SUGA’ which is presently one of the trending topics on the social media platform.

Fans stated that they are excited about the new collaboration. They further showed their anticipation by mentioning that the upcoming project is a huge deal for both the South Korean artists.

BTS Army is already aware that Suga is no stranger to acting as a producer for the songs of other musicians.

Over the 29 years old global sensation has previously teamed up with singers such as IU (Eight), Jungkook (Stay Alive), Epik High (Eternal Sunshine), Halsey (Suga’s Interlude), and Heize (We Don’t Talk Together) among many more.
