This October, BTS will hold a special concert in Busan.

The singers of the band Yet To Come will give a concert in Busan, South Korea, in October 2022 to support the city’s ambition to host the 2030 World Expo, according to the Kpop Herald. The septet will give the event their full support following their recent selection as Expo ambassadors.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the city of Busan and HYBE Labels has been signed in order to promote the “Busan World Expo 2030.” As part of the deal, BTS will organize the Global Busan Concert and act as ambassadors for the “Busan World Expo 2030.”

BTS were announced in June as the ambassador for Busan’s bid to host the World Expo in 2030

The group’s participation in the next World Expo was revealed two weeks ago by Bang Si-hyuk, the label’s chairman. He declared that BTS and HYBE will make every effort to attract the World Expo to the city given the importance of Busan’s candidacy to host the 2030 World Expo.

Every five years, millions of people visit the host city for the World Expo, which lasts for six months. The final World Expo, which had been delayed because of the coronavirus epidemic, took place in Dubai from October 1 through March 31 of 2022.

The septet will appear in South Korea for the first time since their performance of “Permission to Dance on Stage” in Seoul in March 2022 at the next concert. The city has not yet announced how or where the concert will be held. As the show approaches, more details about the tickets and the location will become available.

Fans were shocked by the revelation because the septet had just taken an indefinite break from their collective activity. The seven continued to post content for their followers even after they announced their break.

Fans’ responses to the concert announcement

ARMYs are ecstatic about the possibility of seeing their favourite artists play live once more. Many people are referring to them affectionately as the “pride and prince of Busan,” adding another adoring nickname to the long list.

Also noted by fans is a beautiful coincidence. Because of the concert, Jimin will be able to spend his birthday with the members in his hometown.

The group’s new announcement has sparked a flurry of memes, with fans delightfully discussing how they cooperated even during their hiatus.

Armys planned a major exodus from Twitter to better themselves when BTS declare a break only to be overrun with stuff in the last two weeks than the previous few, according to one fan.
