Brendan Fraser celebrated his Oscar win at a legendary Sunset Strip club where his son jumped on stage to belt out a couple of songs.

TMZ obtained a video of Brendan Fraser visiting Whisky a Go Go in WeHo alongside his son Leland on Monday night. Moreover, the video showed them hanging around in the green room and singing on the performer’s wall.

In addition, the 54-year-old actor then went on to find the spot to place his John Hancock as the onlookers comment about his handwriting. 

Meanwhile, the attendees at the bar mentioned that Fraser arrived with his son around 9 pm and hung around until midnight before leaving the venue. The father-son duo then watched the performance of an ’80s cover band.

Fraser’s son even hopped on stage at one point during the night and played his guitar along with the band.

However, Fraser stole the limelight at the venue as tons of people personally congratulated him 24 hours following his Oscar win. 

Additionally, the people who met Fraser admitted that he was a very down-to-earth kind of guy.

Brendan Fraser won the Oscar for best actor

Brendan Fraser, a major heartthrob in the ’90s, made his acting comeback with his award-season run performance for ‘The Whale.’

Additionally, he also accepted the Oscar for best actor for this particular role at the 95th Academy Awards.

Fraser then went on tearfully to accept the award and gave an emotional speech while thanking his cast, crew, and family.

He began with, ‘I’m grateful to Darren Aronofsky for throwing me a creative lifeline and hauling me aboard the good ship “The Whale.”‘

Fraser continued, ‘It is my honor to be named alongside you in this category. I want to tell you that only whales can swim at the depth of talent of Hong Chau [fellow nominee].’

He added, ‘I started in this business 30 years ago, things didn’t come easy to me but there was a facility that I didn’t appreciate at the time until it stopped. I just want to say thank you for this acknowledgment. It couldn’t be done without my cast.’

The Mummy star mentioned, ‘It’s been like I’ve been on a diving expedition and the air on the line to the surface is being watched over by some people in my life like my sons.’
